The 10th Triennial Congress of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, 4-9 August, 1946 in Luxembourg, Luxembourg:
The 10th Congress of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, in session at Luxembourg, August 4th to 9th, 1946, protests against the use of prisoners of war in forced labor. We ask that the Peace Conference now meeting at Paris shall revise the provisions agreed upon at Potsdam and carry out the spirit of the Geneva Convention by agreeing to return all prisoners of war as soon as possible to their respective countries, unless this procedure would endanger life.
