Deeply Concerned with the daily violation of Human Rights in Greece,
Express satisfaction that at the request made by the Scandinavian countries and the Netherlands this problem has now been submitted to the Commission on Human Rights of the Council of Europe,
Deplores the interference by any Power in the affairs of Greece through the sending of money and arms,
Calls upon all Governments to refrain from delivery of military supplies.
